In the first session, we will address your concerns and discuss therapy goals. I will explain the ethical frame of my work. The relationship between the therapist and the client is the best indicator of the success in therapy. Therefore, this session is free of charge and it is an opportunity for you to assess whether your therapist is a good match for your personality.

I have experience and can help with depression, mood swings, anxiety, stress, work and life balance, cultural adjustment, interpersonal relationships, existential questions, career counselling, loss and bereavement.  


I incorporate humanistic approach into various modalities based on the individual's needs in therapy. I  encourage transparent communication, mutual trust, and facilitate non-judgemental, warm and caring environment in my practice.
