COACHING AND MENTORING FOR LEADERS
When individuals are promoted to higher positions of management, they take the first unsure step from being a proficient doer to becoming a novice delegator.
This shift in role and responsibilities sometimes overwhelms individuals who are not geared for the part. Not only are they a little unsure about the significance of their own contribution to the organisation, but they may also have trouble initially mentoring their juniors.
We have a five - phase programme addressing the above mentioned mentoring / leadership skills, with each phase lasing about 35 hours.
Phase I : Understanding personality structure and functioning
Phase II : Understanding old conditioning and patterns of behaviour
Phase III : Personality analysis through self - diagnostics
Phase IV : Understanding variety and diversity of personality structures
Phase V : understanding the coaching, mentoring and counselling process and its basic protocols
